Trade Conditions


1. Order Confirmation
Confirmation of your order is sent automatically to the e-mail address that you specified. Please save the order confirmation, you will need it when contacting customer service. A receipt with a link to your personal receipt-page will be sent to you by email after the order confirmation.

2. Delivery
You will normally receive your goods within 21 days of placing your order. The time of delivery can be delayed if an item is temporarily out of stock. If so, you will receive a message via your personal receipt-page where you also can send questions to ProSharp regarding your order.

5. Freight
Freight cost is charged with your order. If the country where you are located is not on the web shop list you will get an order confirmation with the freight price by email.

6. Extra freight costs and custom duties
Will be added and apply on countries outside Europe & EU. 

7. Refunds
As a consumer you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods. During this period you can regret your purchase without having to specify your reason for wanting to return the goods. The only condition is that you contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the goods. In order to return the goods they must be unused, undamaged and in the original package. Please return the goods together with the invoice or a receipt. Mark the invoice or receipt with “Regret Purchase”. The freight costs are paid by you, goods may not be returned COD.

8. Complaints
If the goods you receive are defective or incorrect we will replace them free of charge. You have to contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the goods. Our Customer Service will send you a postage paid label for the returning goods. In order to return an item it has to be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please return the goods together with the invoice or receipt or a copy of the invoice and specify the reason for returning the goods. Note: You have to contact our Customer Service first to get the complaint approved and the returning freight paid.

9. Controversy regarding the terms and conditions above shall be settled by Swedish authorities/court of law.


Conditions of Use


1. Registration

1.1. To make an order, the customer needs to be registered. When placing the first order:  
a) the customer needs to register into ProSharp’s customer file and give required information.  (Name, address, e-mail and all asked information)
b) The customer allows ProSharp to register above information to its customer file. ProSharp’s customer information is confidential and is not given to external partners.
1.2. If the customer is a company inside EU the customer has to give a valid VAT-number/Business ID. ProSharp will check all Business IDs before delivery.
1.3. The customer needs to be careful while making orders from ProSharp’s web trade.

2. The validity of an order

2.1. ProSharp and customer can communicate by e-mail, personal receipt-page by mail or by phone. The customer commits to keep an eye on his/her e-mail to notice the incoming order confirmation.
2.2. The firm sales contract will come into force when ProSharp has sent an order confirmation.
2.3. The customer is allowed to cancel the full order or parts of it before delivery. The cancellation can be made by e-mail, mail or phone. The delivery has taken place when the customer has received at least a part of the delivery, or has received the notice that the goods are ready to collect from the post office.
2.4. After customer has made an order, ProSharp cannot change the conditions of agreement.

3. Prices

3.1. Prices are not including the VAT 25% before the customer has registered into ProSharp web page. After registering the customer will see the price including the VAT 25%. The current prices are shown at ProSharp’s web trade. The current price is shown in euros (EUR).

4. Delivery

4.1. The delivery time for goods is 2-4 weeks. If the delivery time is more than 4 weeks ProSharp will inform this immediately after the order to the customer by e-mail.
4.2. If the customer definitely needs to get the product by a certain date, this must be clearly communicated to ProSharp for in advance (when placing an order). ProSharp is doing its best to meet reasonable expectations regarding to delivery date.   
4.3. If the customer is ordering products with different delivery times, the full order will be delivered according to the longest one.

5. Terms of Payment

5.1. The advance payment as a bank transfer is required. When the payment transfer has arrived to ProSharp’s bank account, the delivery will be sent in 2-5 working days depending on the stock level. The total amount to pay is shown in the order confirmation that ProSharp has sent.

Secure payment

Your online payment is secured through DIBS use of Secure Payment Service and customer’s credit card provider.SV are validated of all Swedish banks and certified according to PCI DSS of VISA and MasterCard in order to provide paying transactions in highest security class. All communication between the average shop and your bank, SV handles and bug through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). That the payment happens on a safe side, you can see in address field on the paying side begins with https:// and a padlock in the lower right corner of yours browser. PROSHARP have thereby never access to the card information and can therefore not register or store your card information.

SV also supports 3D Secure in order to identify the card owner when purchase on the Internet and thereby decrease the risk for misuses of card information. If your card is connected to 3D Secure you will be linked over to your bank for verifying before the payment is approved. If you have any questions about the security or payment procedure, you are welcome to contact ProSharp customer service.

Same day as we send your order to you, money will be transfer through SV to ProSharp.

6. Returnings

6.1. The customer is allowed to return unused goods within 14 days from receiving them, excluding the receiving day. The product and its package have to be in the same condition than it was when the customer received.
6.2. The customer has to advise ProSharp BEFORE returning by e-mail, info@prosharp.com to get the further instructions. When ProSharp has received the product, the price of the product (excluding the postage) will be returned promptly.

7. Transport damages

7.1. Sometimes the cases might damage during the transport despite the careful packaging.  For that reason it would be highly recommended to check the status of the package at the post office while collecting the package. If the package is damaged during the transport (and also the goods inside the package are damaged) make a damage report at the post office immediately. Then contact our customer service to arrange a delivery of new product.

8. Claim

8.1. If the customer receives a wrong product or the product is damaged etc. the customer has to inform ProSharp about this within a reasonable time by e-mail info@prosharp.com. The faulty delivery can be returned without postage according to ProSharp’s instructions (art. 6). The claim/advise by e-mail has to be made BEFORE returning. When ProSharp has received the product, the price of the product (including the postage) will be returned promptly.

9. Force majeure

9.1. ProSharp is not responsible if the delivery is delayed or can not be made because of factors ProSharp has no influence. This kind of factors are war, catastrophe, export- or import bans, decisions of authorities, strike or other factors which  averts ProSharp’s activities.

10. Disagreements

10.1. Disagreements caused by this trade agreement are solved according to Swedish law.
